On November 19th, 2021 Ambulance 46-1 and the Gap Fire Company along with Chester Medic 293 were all alerted by the LCWC to the 5700 block of Lincoln Highway in Salisbury Township for a rollover auto accident. Ambulance 46-1 made the response to the scene and was given additional from the LCWC of a single vehicle accident with a pole reported down.

Ambulance 46-1 arrived to treat the injured while Rescue and Engine 42 arrived to control the hazards on the vehicle. Ambulance 46-1 and Medic 293 transported 1 subject to an area hospital for their injuries. The Gap Fire Company remained on the scene to provide lighting for the investigation that was being conducted by the Pennsylvania State Police.
