| On April 5th, 2022 The Christiana Fire Company along with Christiana EMS, Keystone Valley Fire Department Rescue 8 and Medic 293 were dispatched to the 100 block of Upper Valley Rd in Atglen Borough for an accident with reported entrapment.
Chief 52 (Reimold) and Ambulance 46-1 made the response and were given the additional from the Chester County 911 Center of a single vehicle versus a pole with 1 female to be checked. Ambulance 46-1 and Chief 52 arrived to confirm no entrapment which Ambulance 46-1 immediately started care of the patient while the fire department controlled the hazards on the vehicle and made the proper notifications to the utility companies.
Ambulance 46-1 transported 1 patient to an area hospital for their injuries which were sustained as a result of this accident. The fire department remained on the scene to assist the police department and to await a tow company.
