| On May 7th, 2022 At 13:12 the Cochranville Fire Company along with Christiana EMS and Medic 94 were dispatched to the area of Rt. 41 and Highland Road in West Fallowfield Township for an auto accident with entrapment.
Ambulance 46-1 had just cleared the 3rd call of the day and responded along with Chief 27 (Null) which both were advised of a tractor trailer versus a car with entrapment. A Chief Officer from the Christiana Fire Company arrived and confirmed 1 subject trapped and advised that he would have a small leak of milk from the trailer and diesel as well. Chief 27 advised for the Chester County 911 Center to make the proper notifications to the DEP and Hazmat team. Ambulance 46-1 stood-by while the FD extricated the patient from the vehicle.
Ambulance 46-1 and Medic 94 transported one patient to an area hospital for their injuries which were sustained from the accident. Chief 27 also had area fire police assist at the scene as the roadway would have to be shut down for an extensive time.
